Slow Wine Movement

I am a wine lover. Recently I've began to care more about avoiding chemicals and manipulated products in my food and drink. Organic is an obvious choice, but now I'm hearing of slow wine. Therefore, I'm starting this blog as a way to keep track of my experiences with slow wine. If anyone knows of specific vineyards that offer slow wine, leave me a comment!
