So far my internet searches have only yielded ONE vineyard which is specifically a "slow wine" vineyard. It is called Stoutridge Vineyard in New York State. I live in California now, but I am originally from upstate NY. Its kind of ironic that the first vineyard I find on my slow wine quest is located there. Their wines are unfiltered and made using "the gravity method". Pretty neat! I'd love to go there for a tour, perhaps when I visit my family in June.
There doesn't seem to be a way to order their wines from their website. If I figure out a company that sells these wines online I'll post it here.

Slow Wine Movement
I am a wine lover. Recently I've began to care more about avoiding chemicals and manipulated products in my food and drink. Organic is an obvious choice, but now I'm hearing of slow wine. Therefore, I'm starting this blog as a way to keep track of my experiences with slow wine. If anyone knows of specific vineyards that offer slow wine, leave me a comment! I'll be reviewing slow wines that I try here.
